The fundamental purpose of classroom observation is to improve student outcomes by improving the instructional capabilities of the teacher. In addition, it’s an opportunity for the observers to see different techniques and strategies and get new ideas. Some of our senior Thai teachers from the MLP department have started with the bi-annual teacher observations. After all teachers have been evaluated, awards will be handed out to some of the teachers who delivered an outstanding lesson.
